Refund & Cancellation Policies

Because training programs require reserved space, instructor time, and limited enrollment, these policies help keep scheduling fair and consistent for all clients.

Private Lessons

• Weekday private lessons require at least 48 hours advance notice for cancellation.
• Weekend private lessons require at least 72 hours advance notice for cancellation.
• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as missed lessons.
• Unused sessions in private lesson programs are non-refundable.
• All credits must be used before the expiration period of the purchased program.

Group Classes

Group class cancellation policies are based on how close the cancellation is to the first class session.

• 100% refund for cancellations at least 14 days before the first class session.
• 70% refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the first class session.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the first class session.

Make-Up Sessions

• Group classes do not include make-up sessions for missed scheduled classes.
• Clients may request a discounted private lesson by email if additional help is needed.
• Private lesson availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Events

• Practice Sessions, Real World Walks, and Proofing Sessions may be cancelled at any time.
• When cancelled, a credit will be added to the client account for a future event of the same type.
• Special Events and Seminars may have their own refund or cancellation policies. Please check event details before registering.
