What you will learnIn this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of how dogs learn, how to motivate your dog, and how to properly manage your training environment to set your dog up for success. We'll introduce you to the concept of marker training, which is a powerful tool for building and proofing useful obedience behaviors.
We'll also help you develop problem-solving skills to address common issues with pet dogs, and we'll teach you how to avoid frustration and prevent the development of a reactive dog. What you will be teaching your young dogYour young dog will have the opportunity to learn to learn and develop handler engagement. They'll also learn a range of essential behaviors, including sit, automatic sit, sit-stay, sit-stay approach by stranger, recall, and heel on a loose leash.
