How to Access your homework (Access limited to Pre-NOSE WORK until class starts)
Now that you are registered in our homework system, once class starts you can simply go to www.sparksk9.com and use the navigatation bar to go to COURSE HOMEWORK-->NOSEWORK
Get started on the Pre-Nosework skills (building motivation, targeting, and work ethic) so you are ready to hit the ground running once class starts!
Once class starts you will gain access to Lesson 1 ; you will gain access to additional lessons each week as class progresses.

Equipment required for class
The basic equipment needed for class will be:
- Properly fit collar (wide agitation collars are great), any secure collar is acceptable
- 6’ Leather leash (dogs will be on line or leash until directed otherwise)
- 15’ Longe line (dogs will be on line or leash until directed otherwise)
- Odor Kit (provided)
- Scent Tube (provided)
- Food your dog has learned to work for (I prefer existential food - i.e. the dog's actual food)
- Crate (in vehicle or can be brought into holding are inside during class) for when your dog is not working)
RULES AND SAFETY
The dogs in this class range in age, breed, sizes, and skillsets.
We will be working ONE dog at a time in class, so your dog will need to be able to be secured in your vehicle or a crate in the building while not working.
We have simple safety and housekeeping rules for Nosework Class:

- All dogs are to remain on leash and under the control of their handler at all times (unless instructed otherwise).
- Dogs are not allowed to meet/play/interact on leash in the classroom or parking lot at any time.
- Give other dog/handler teams at least 6' of space at all times (unless instructed otherwise).
- Pick up your garbage/dog feces.
